With over twelve years of experience within the NHS, I have developed a deep expertise in managing complex foot health challenges, from intricate wound care to supporting multidisciplinary vascular and orthopaedic teams. My clinical background is paired with a genuine, down-to-earth approach that I find particularly helps to reassure nervous patients.

About the Practice
Sure Steps Podiatry offers medical-grade foot care in a relaxed, friendly environment. As a podiatrist, Emma's focus is on the health and function of your feet — from routine nail care and skin treatments through to complex wound management, biomechanical assessment, and minor surgery.
Podiatrists work alongside GPs and hospital specialists, and will always let you know if something falls outside our scope and needs a different referral. The goal is simply to make sure you get the right care, from the right person, at the right time.

Cancellations
Life happens, and we completely understand that plans sometimes need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance where possible — this helps us offer the slot to another patient who may be waiting.
A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments without notice, to help cover clinical preparation costs. If something unexpected comes up, just get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
